Doggie Spa on Wheels grooms one dog at a time in a van that comes to you. The owner, Talin Shahverdian, went through grooming school and worked in grooming shops first, and started the mobile service because a shop working on several dogs at once could not give any one of them that kind of attention. The business runs four grooming vans.

Every dog is brushed and trimmed before the bath. The paws and pads get particular attention and are disinfected, the ears are cleaned of dirt and wax and then flushed with a natural solution, and the nails are clipped and filed as needed. Drying is done by hand only, no cage dryer. If the coat still is not right after the fluff, the dog gets a second trim.

Every service starts with a teeth and gum evaluation by the groomer assigned to the dog, at no charge.
